Unfortunately, this issue is related to the latest OS update for the Pixel 10. It was intended to resolve certain graphical issues, but it ended up breaking something else, resulting in multiple apps crashing upon start-up.
We have no control over this, and for now you can only wait for Google to release a new update.
In the meantime, another player has found a workaround that you can try if you want:
1. Go to Settings > About phone.
2. Scroll down to Build number.
3. Tap Build number 7 times. Enter your PIN or password when asked.
4. Go to Settings > System > Developer options.
5. Under Debugging, find "ANGLE Preferences."
6. Open it and find Dead Cells in the app list.
7. Tap Dead Cells. In the pop-up, select "angle" as the OpenGL driver.
