This FAQ is for you if you have encountered the following "Memory Full" error message while playing:
The memory dedicated to rendering is stored in a specific memory space of fixed size. Sometimes, this limit can be reached or exceeded in some particularly greedy biomes or when the number of elements on screen dramatically increases.
When you encounter the "Memory full" error, the error message includes the missing memory size as well as the number of buffers currently used for rendering. This indicates that, in the current context, the number of rendered elements exceeds the allocated memory.
Please signal this error to customer support via the in-game chat and try the following to resume your game:
- change biome, try to avoid fights doing so
- if an item in your inventory spawns special effects, avoid using it before having changed biome
- avoid using the Explorer's Rune if possible
As the game gets updated, the dedicated memory size must be balanced to be as close as possible to the actual needs of rendering. Your reports will help us pinpoint these values. Thank you!
