No, you can't remap the buttons. However, in the Options  > Other > Gamepad menu, you can : 

• Reverse the analogue sticks
• Reverse the Y-axis
• Adjust the visual sensitivity of the X and Y axes
• Adjust the dead zone size

Please note that the game is only compatible with PS4, PS5 and Xbox controllers.
