The game automatically saves every few minutes to prevent you from losing progress. You will see a little spiral icon in the top right-hand corner when this is happening. Autosave also occurs every morning when you wake up.

You can also manually save your game in the pause menu: click on the icon with the three bars at the top right of your screen, then click on 'Save and quit'.
