We're really sorry but this is most certainly due to a current Google policy in certain regions. You can find more information about it here:

https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/11950272?hl=en/

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our end as there is no other legal way for us to distribute the game on Android for now...

If the problem is not due to Google's policy, you can try the following steps:

1. Check that you have a strong Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. If you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, make sure you have a strong mobile data connection. Then try to download the game again.

2. Restart your device and try again before going to step 3

o Press and hold the Power button until the menu pops up.

o Tap Power off or Restart if that is an option.

o If needed, press and hold the Power button until your device turns on again.

3. Clear the cache and data of the Play Store

o Open your device's Settings app.

o Tap Apps & notifications > See all apps.

o Scroll down and tap Google Play Store.

o Tap Storage > Clear Cache.

o Next, tap Clear data.

o Re-open the Play Store and try your download again.

If this does not help to solve your issue, please note the Android community has written multiple guides on how to solve this issue, a few of those linked below. It might help you.

I'm sorry we can't do more, we truly hope this finds resolution soon so that all players can have access to the game!

All the best,
