While we are doing our best to test our games on hundreds of devices, you might experience some issues. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help:

• Please make sure that you have enough memory and storage on your device for the game to run.
• Please also make sure that your device and OS are fully updated and that you have installed the latest version of the game as well as the latest update of all Google Play apps.
• It might help to clear cache from these apps and from your device then reboot your device (turn it off and wait five minutes before turning it back on) and try relaunching the game.
