For some iOS users, the game doesn't seems to save: when you quit the game and reopen it, you don't have any saves and you have to restart from the beginning.
We're aware of this issue and we're looking for a solution, but we need as much details as possible to reproduce it and fix it! Please contact our support team bellow with these informations:
- Are you playing with an internet connection or offline / in airplane mode ? Did you launch the game with internet and then switch offline ?
- Are you connected to your Game Center account ? When you launch the game, do you see the Game Center pop up with your pseudo ?
- Can you check that iCloud is activated for Planet of Lana in your iPhone or iPad settings ? Go to Settings > iCloud > Click on "see all" and scroll down to Planet of Lana, the cursor should be green.
- Do you have the game on another iPhone / iPad at the same time ?
