You can change the language at any time, in Settings > Gameplay. 

The game is available in English, Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese (Traditional), Czech, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish and Ukrainian. It is not planned to add new languages in the future.
