If you encounter a bug, crash or any other problem when playing Fretless, we’re really sorry!

To help us help you, please contact our support team through this contact form.
Please give us as many details as possible :
  • Your device and its configuration (your GPU, CPU and RAM mostly) ;
  • Where you were in at the time of the bug and what you were doing right before it happened ;
  • The contents of your inventory: riffs and mods equipped and their upgrades (a screenshot would be perfect) ;
  • Some screenshots or videos of your issue if possible ;
  • A DxDiag if you’re on Windows : you can see how to obtain it here ;
  • Your save file so we could investigate it : you can see how to obtain it here.
Please keep in mind that the more information you give us, the quicker we can reproduce the bugs on our side and fix them!
