If you have encountered a bug in Crown Gambit, it may be helpful for us to examine your save file. Here's how to get it:
On Windows
- Press Win+R on your desktop;
- Type %APPDATA%\CROWN_GAMBIT\saved_games in the search bar;
- Copy your save file to your desktop or another easily accessible location, then send it to us!
On Mac
- Open the Finder application;
- Click on ‘Go’ > ‘Go to Folder’ in the menu bar at the top of your screen, then paste this text: ~/Library/Application Support/CROWN_GAMBIT (don't forget the ~ at the beginning!);
- You will find your saved game in the ‘saved_games’ folder: make a copy on your desktop and send it to us.
You can send your save file via the contact form if you haven't contacted us yet, or simply reply to our previous email if we asked you for your save file.
