If you have encountered a bug in Crown Gambit, it may be helpful for us to examine your device's hardware, with a DxDiag if you're on Windows. Here's how to get it:

1. Hold the Windows key on your keyboard.
2. Tap the R key to open the Run window.
3. In the pop-up window, type: dxdiag
4. Press the Enter key, the DirectX Diagnostic Tool will load.
5. Click the Save all information button
6. Click the Save button, the file should be saved to your desktop as dxdiag.txt
7. Click the Exit button
