Please note that it is not possible to progress in a quest if one of the characters involved is ill. The quest will then be displayed in red until the character has been treated. 

If the character has already been treated and the quest doesn't update, you'll need to press the quest selection button next to the quest name (using the touch controls). If you're playing with a joystick, press the left or right part of the directional cross.
