Recently, some players may have experienced crashes despite our latest game updates, and we're really sorry about that.
In order to investigate this issue further, we've introduced a save export system for Loop Hero ! Players can now download a file containing their save file and send it to us.
If you're still affected by a crash, here's how to proceed:
1 - Make sure Loop Hero is updated to the latest version available (1.0.0)
2 - Open Loop Hero
3 - Click on « Select save slot » on the home screen, then on « Troubleshooting » to access the submenu. Here, click on «Export save ».
4 - Download the backup file to your Google Drive if you're on Android (via the share window that opens when you press "Export"). Do not download it locally, as this will save it on a protected part of your phone that can only be accessed from a computer.
If you're on iOS, you can simply save the file to iCloud (or "On my phone").
The exported save file is a text file.

Don’t hesitate to remind us of the circumstances in which you had a crash, the brand and model of your device and your OS, so that we have as much information as possible to pass on!
Once we receive your file, it will be forwarded to our development team for investigation. We strongly believe that this will enable us to resolve the last issues of Loop Hero, and provide a more enjoyable game experience for all players.
However, despite this system, please note that we will not be able to restore any saves that have been corrupted.
