Yes, you can change the controls layout in the Settings > Control settings. You can select your preferred layout, customize the joystick and choose a floating or fixed pad.

In order to select a fully customized layout, go to "Customize layout" (the second option from the top in the Controls menu). You will be able to move all buttons to your liking. Once you do so, the customized layout will be selected automatically unless you select another layout in "Select Controls Layout".
