If (and only if) you cannot access the game at all and therefore are unable to use the in-game support section, please select your game using the toggle in the upper left corner of this page. Then go to the bottom of the page and click on "Contact Us".
Please note that for Spiritfarer and TMNT: Shredder's revenge, Netflix is in charge of customer and technical support. If needed, you can contact them here.
